Solutions-Great Plains, SmartList allows you to create, display,
and save favorite views, and even export data from your business
management system to Microsoft Word or Excel. You can then use
this information in Excel or Word to easily create mass letter
mailings, or other analysis you require.
SmartList also enable you to do comparison reporting. For
example, if you want to see which items need to be ordered, you
can create a search that will show you all the reorder levels,
and those items that fall below this level (or any criteria you
choose to initiate), giving you a single report showing all

Locating the details behind information you receive in a
SmartList view is also just as easy. Depending on which
SmartList view or inquiry you have compiled, you can quickly
drill back into the details behind the specific data using the
"Go To" functionality within SmartList. With SmartList you have
