Sales Handoff |
Internal meeting between the sales team and the consulting team to transition the project. This ensures that all of the information provided to the sales team is communicated to the consulting team so they can get up to speed quickly on the project. |

Project Planning |
Detailed project plan for the project including all resources and identifying all dependencies. This project plan will ensure that project comes in on time and on budget. |

Project Management |
Active management of all of the project resources including on going status reports on project. |

Kickoff Meeting |
Meeting for the entire project team to get acquainted and for the project stakeholders to share the goals for the objectives of the project with the entire project team. |

Installation |
Installation of the software on the servers and workstations. |

Configuration |
Meetings to determine how to optimize the configuration of the system. This includes identifying the extent of data to be converted, any required integrations and any report modifications or creations. The system is then setup consistent with the decisions made during the configuration discussions. |

Training - Level 1 |
First round of training for the core implementation team regarding navigation, setup and master records conversions. |

Data Conversion - Master Records |
Setup of the master records either by conversion from the existing data or by manual entry into the system. |

Testing |
Testing of the various processes and validation of the setup. |

Training - Level 2 |
Second round of training for the core implementation team and the end users of the system. |

Go Live Preparation and Support |
The project team is on-site during the go live process to make sure that things go smoothly. |
