How is the CRM Roadmap Delivered?

As a Microsoft certified partner, Altara is well positioned to deliver the CRM Roadmap. Our CRM professionals have participated in additional training and will be supported by a Microsoft Technology Specialist as needed.  We will come to your site to conduct the CRM Roadmap meeting. This on-site visit will last approximately ˝ day and will include an analysis of current needs and challenges.  This meeting will also include the opportunity for executives to have a hands-on “test drive” of the Microsoft CRM solution with a customized navigational orientation provided by the consultant.  A written Roadmap report, as described, will be provided within two weeks of the analysis meeting.
