Reporting to the National Director of Professional Services, as Axapta Implementation Consultant - Professional Services you will be a key contributor towards customer relations by providing unique solutions.  You will work directly with clients to identify critical business issues and success factors and help them to successfully implement business management solutions.

Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Sales Manager, as Account Executive, you will be a key contributor towards building upon and enhancing outside sales in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

·         Leading and managing qualified opportunities to closure

Overview

As a CRM Project Manager/Consultant, you will be responsible for the implementation of Microsoft CRM solution for Altara’s clients.  Our purpose is to innovate the way businesses market, sell, and service their customer base.  Responsibilities include management, development and maintenance of processes, systems implementation, application configuration, data integration, prototyping, testing, and training.  It is necessary to learn about clients’ needs and design solutions that address them.  Other responsibilities include the support of sales activities, including estimates, statements of work and offering potential solutions.

Job Requirements

Requirements include:

  • A Bachelors degree in computer science or relevant area.

  • At least 2 years of experience with a mid-market CRM solution preferably Microsoft CRM

  • CRM system implementation experience with at least five successful projects completed

  • Strong implementation skills with a demonstrated ability to successfully complete projects on time and on budget

  • A demonstrated understanding of the underlying technical requirements for Microsoft CRM including Microsoft Exchange, SQL Server, Active Directory and Internet Information Server (IIS)

  • MCSE certification a definite plus

Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Professional Services Manager, as Project Manager/Consultant - Professional Services you will skillfully implement CRM solution along with services related to the implementation.  You will work directly with clients to identify critical business issues and success factors.   

Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to: 

  • Conduct discovery meetings with clients to obtain their requirements for sales, customer service and marketing

  • Install, configure and design the solution using design documents approved by the client

  • Implement Microsoft CRM using Altara’s implementation methodology based on industry best practices

  • Perform end-user training for the project team and end users

  • Assist in data conversion process and validation of converted data

  •  Proactively report on progress and issues

  • Allocate resources where necessary to implement solutions or problem resolution.

  • Will work with project schedules, contracts, 3rd party vendors, and other divisions of Altara.

As an Implementation Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains solution, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation for recently purchased products to meet customer specifications. You will work directly with clients to identify critical business issues and success factors and deploy technical solutions. This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the Professional Services Manager for the Minnesota Offices.

Job Summary

As a Systems Engineer, your focus will be to provide both remote and on-site technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics:  Solomon, Axapta, Great Plains, and CRM; installations, upgrades, migrations and troubleshooting, SQL Server troubleshooting, System Support and IT troubleshooting.  This position is full-time and exempt

The ideal candidate will come from a strong Windows background with experience in IIS, Windows Server Platforms, Client Operating Systems, and Infrastructure support.

§         BS degree preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology

§         Consulting experience required as position will provide consulting on advanced technologies for our customer base.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook)

  • Excellent written and oral communication

  • Independent worker who can multi-task

  • Work requires continual attention to detail
