As a CRM Project
Manager/Consultant, you will be responsible for the
implementation of Microsoft CRM solution for Altara’s clients.
Our purpose is to innovate the way businesses market, sell, and
service their customer base. Responsibilities include
management, development and maintenance of processes, systems
implementation, application configuration, data integration,
prototyping, testing, and training. It is necessary to learn
about clients’ needs and design solutions that address them.
Other responsibilities include the support of sales activities,
including estimates, statements of work and offering potential
solutions.

implement CRM solution along with services related to the
implementation. You will work directly with clients to identify
